Taupo Pet Lodge Cancellation Policy
- All bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to check in outside peak season dates will have no cancellation charge.
- All bookings cancelled without 24 hours’ notice prior to check in outside peak season dates a $25.00 fee will be charged.
- A ‘No Show’ on day of check in a $25.00 fee will be charged.
- All bookings cancelled 10 days prior to check in during peak season dates will have no cancellation charge.
- All bookings cancelled without 10 days’ notice prior to check in during peak season dates you will be charged for the total booking cost should we not be able to rebook the allocated dates.
- A No Show on day of check in during peak season dates you will be charged for the total booking cost
- Full payment of booking is required for early collection during peak season dates.
- Note: All bookings secured by credit card will incur a 4% bank surcharge on total cost of your booking.
Our opening hours are 8-10am and 4-6pm by appointment. Bookings essential.

Fri 20th Dec – Fri 31st Jan 2020 (Summer Hols)
Note if any booking dates coincide with the above dates the booking will be treated as holiday / peak season.

We will be closed TO THE PUBLIC from the 25th to the 29th December. Boarding facilities are operating during this time for your pets.
